Elevating Digital Performance
In 2022, Amicus Law launched a new website with the goal of strengthening their digital presence and supporting growth. However, within a year it became clear that the site wasn’t delivering the results it should, so they turned to us to fix the issues. Campaign performance was underwhelming, content lacked depth, and slow loading times were holding back user experience.
With ambitious growth plans on the horizon, these challenges couldn’t be ignored. Amicus needed a clear, strategic approach to fix the issues quickly, while also building a stronger foundation for future success.
Rather than simply addressing the surface-level problems, we carried out a full review of Amicus’ digital presence. This allowed us to design a comprehensive plan that not only solved the immediate challenges but also positioned the brand for long-term growth.

Key areas of focus included:
· Website Speed Optimisation – Bringing the site in line with best practice for performance and user experience.
· Modular Design System – Creating flexible, reusable page elements to make future updates faster and more efficient.
· Content & Hierarchy Improvements – Restructuring the website to deliver clear service themes and logical user journeys.
· Content Enrichment – Producing 30 new pages of high-quality, optimised content to support search visibility and authority.
· Onsite Optimisation – Implementing technical SEO improvements across the site for stronger performance.
The transformation delivered measurable, business-critical improvements across multiple areas of digital performance from 2023 to 2024.
By tackling technical, design, and content issues in one cohesive strategy, Amicus Law turned their website into a powerful growth tool. The improvements not only fixed the immediate problems but also created a scalable, future-proof platform designed to evolve alongside the firm’s ambitions.
This project delivered huge increases across all matrices.
